A graduate of International Business and Finance from California State University at Long Beach (CSULB). Tadas worked in finance as a research analyst for the Norwegian investment company Baltic Management in Vilnius, Lithuania. He later became marketing manager of Omnitel Telecom and VP for Grey Worldwide Baltics Advertising agency. Upon his return to the USA in 2002 and building multiple small businesses in San Diego, California, Tadas co-founded Greenbutts™ in 2010 with the purpose to find a viable solution to the widespread pollution caused by cigarette filters.

Senior Business Executive with more than 30 years of international, cross functional and cross-cultural experience, managing businesses and teams, supporting business growth and transformations across multiple geographies (Australasia, North and South America, East and Western Europe). Held several senior executive roles over his long-standing career within British American Tobacco (BAT) including the position of Group Head of Product Development in the United Kingdom, SVP Research & Development (R&D) in Reynolds American Inc. based in the USA and Vice President of KBP - Kentucky BioProcessing which is a world leader in developing and employing GMP processes to manufacture recombinant proteins using novel plant-based technology. Successfully led the development of novelty scientific knowledge and multi-category consumer lead product innovations.

Performance driven finance professional with 20+ years of experience as a CFO. Experience in closing go-public and M&A transactions for public companies and completing the resulting integration of the companies. Extensive technical and practical expertise in various industries covering implementing new operating systems and generating policies and procedures, treasury (corporate finance, capital management, risk and debt management) and financial accounting (IFRS implementation projects in leasing, insurance, and other financial services).

Trained at University of Michigan in Biochemistry, previously Paulius was director of business development at Toronto based start-ups ACD/Labs and Pharma Algorithms in the digital chemistry/drug discovery space. He led key early relationships with clients such as Abbott, GSK, Pfizer. Big Data experience led him to co-found YC funded Infoharmoni, a real-time platform for visualization of Twitter. Joining Greenbutts™ in 2019, he manages R&D/production and key clients as well as relationships with global NGO's concerned with SUP and Ocean pollution.

Jeff has worn many hats over the years from metal fabrication to machining, engineering, design and integration of making and packaging equipment for several industries. Jeff was co-founder and co-owner of Midwest tobacco Tube Inc. He build MTT from the ground up in 2007. At that time there were no cigarette tube factories left in the USA. Jeff sourced the equipment and set up the operations to create brands and in 2010 he obtained FDA approvals to become the premier tube company in the USA. Jeff joined Greenbutts™ as Director of Sales in 2020

Vera has many years of experience in research and development of nonwoven and technical textiles which she gained by working for numerous research institutions in several different countries. Vera's main interest is in the development of novel nonwoven products.
